For being a nut about fitness and watching what foods I put into my body, it may come as a surprise that I am not a fan of vegetables. Sure, there are the usuals that I like and eat on a regular basis; green beans, corn, cucumber.. but the list is much shorter than it should be. Vegetables are such an important part of a healthy diet and achieving maximum fitness results. Recently I have gotten on the Shakeology bandwagon. My favorite is of course Chocolate, but Greenberry and Tropical Strawberry are also really good! Even though Shakeology has been in my vocabulary for some time, it wasn't until recently that I have begun to consume it on an almost daily basis. When I first started my fitness journey, I was pretty naive when it came to eating the right foods.
